The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person accessing this website and complying with the Company’s terms and conditions. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, in accordance with and subject to the prevailing laws of the Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, is interchangeable and refers to the same.
Reservation of Rights
We reserve the right to request the removal of links to our website. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By

Refund Policy
All payments made on our platform are final, and we do not accept refund requests. However, exceptions may be considered if we fail to deliver a service categorized as "Premium" or "Unique" or if we are unable to find a suitable server replacement.
Account Suspensions
We may suspend your account if you violate our Terms and Conditions. Suspended funds may be held for up to 90 days. After this period, you may email us to process a withdrawal. We may reverse suspensions for valid reasons at our discretion.
False Negative Reviews
Leaving false negative reviews will result in immediate account suspension and funds being held. Additionally, a collateral damage fee of $500 per false review will be charged.
Suspicious Payments
SMMLegend reserves the right to temporarily hold payments suspected of fraud. Funds will remain secure until a full investigation is completed. If a payment is refunded due to suspicious activity, a fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction will apply.
Disputes
If you file a dispute against SMMLegend, you must close it within two (2) days. Failure to do so will result in:
- Wi-Fi, device, and local IP ban
- Immediate account suspension
- Your personal information being blacklisted
- A $25 penalty fee to reinstate your account
Before filing a dispute, please contact our support team to resolve any issues in a calm and professional manner. Most concerns can be quickly and efficiently addressed.
Link Removal Requests
If you find an offensive link on our website, contact us for review. We are not obligated to remove links but will consider all requests.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and conditions relating to our website and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
- Limit or exclude liability for death, injury, fraud, or misrepresentation
- Limit any liabilities not permitted under applicable law
- Exclude any liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law
